Your use of the WineClubID.com site is governed by the ID Wine Club Privacy Policy.

We cannot guarantee that a product will ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. How to contact us in rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. If an item is in your shopping cart when you place your order, but is sold out by the time your order is processed, we will notify you by e-mail that your order will not be filled and you will not be charged.

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from ID WINE CLUB. By placing your order online, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person receiving the wine is at least 21 years of age. The individual receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from ID WINE CLUB are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WINE IS A PERISHABLE COMMODITY

Extremes of temperature—cold, heat, or humidity—may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment or home storage. ID WINE CLUB is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment or after delivery to you. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes your responsibility.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws’ provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts with jurisdiction over New York City, New York, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this website and this Agreement.

ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

MODIFICATION
ID WINE CLUB may at any time modify these Terms of Use in our discretion without notice. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your wine purchase. If ever you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, just call us at 1-800-297-7919 and we’ll either replace it or provide you with a full credit toward your next purchase.

RETURN POLICY
In the event that you should have a broken bottle or damaged delivery issue, please contact the Member Services team via service@wineclubid.com or 1-800-297-7919 within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction, which may include replacement or a full credit.

You may postpone your order or cancel your membership at no cost before the order is placed. If you have received your shipment and would like to return it you can send your unopened wine to We Ship Express, 118 Aker Drive, Cobleskill, NY 12043 to receive a refund. Please include the order number and your shipping address with the package so the return can be identified with your account. When we receive your wine, we will refund your card in full (minus any shipping charges) and notify you via email. If your order is undeliverable and is returned to us we will process the return and refund your card, minus any original shipping charges, and charge a $15 return shipping fee.

PASSWORDS & ACCOUNT SECURITY
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to ID Wine Club for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify the ID Wine Club immediately at service@wineclubid.com.
