Chef Sulin Bell is a local artist and proprietor of Kitchen Capers Catering Services. In addition to art and catering, she draws from her careers as a social psychologist and nutrition counselor, to author this new cookbook on “How to put love into your food and food into your love at the same time”.
The first cookbook featuring menus set up with separate step-by-step instructions for two people, she suggests that making a cooking date is a way to provide quality time in relationships, healthy and delicious food and to express creativity. In this busy world, finding the time to address all three of these important issues is challenging. Camaraderie in the kitchen provides a bridge and, besides all that, it’s fun!
